Personal Onboarding

Bring your game to life with a custom, immersive experience on Role. Our team takes on the work of crafting a Room that showcases your game beautifully and accurately. Provide us with the key materials—like PDFs, images, music, and more—and we’ll design a preview Room that truly reflects your vision. We’ll also help create a cohesive theme for your game, integrating colors and background imagery to ensure a polished, branded look. What does this entail?

For each Product you want to list on the Role Store (one core PDF game, not including supplements), we provide the following services:

• Content and Design Preparation: We’ll review your PDF to understand the game’s mechanics, characters, and style, using this insight to build custom templates for the Room. We also prepare example sheets that reflect the unique aspects of your game.
• Asset Integration: Supply us with all assets you’d like included (such as PDFs, maps, tokens, music, and images), and we’ll categorize and format them for easy access.
  • Optional: If you need images extracted from your PDF (like maps or tokens), we can handle this for an additional fee.
• Custom Theme Creation: Provide us with up to 4 colors for the Room theme and up to 6 user colors, plus a background image if desired. We’ll craft a cohesive look that fits your brand.
• Review and Feedback: Once the Room is ready, you’ll receive a private preview link to review the setup. We offer two rounds of revisions to ensure the Room meets your expectations.
• Launch and Listing: When you’re satisfied with the final Room and your Stripe account is connected, we’ll list your game, ready for players to explore and enjoy.
