After you’ve logged into your Role Account, from the Games Tab in the Navigation Bar, select one of our featured games.
First, a Game Room. These already have assets such as Maps, Tokens, Rules PDFs, and more uploaded into the **Play Panel’s Game Assets** as well as pre-made character sheets uploaded to the Player Sheet. They are typically themed and associated with a specific game.
Game Rooms are perfect for Role Players who are looking for a low-prep experience. This can be an experienced player who doesn’t want to manage any assets, or it could be a person who is playing a role playing game for the very first time and want to learn as they go.
Second, there is the standard Room which has no assets, Sheets, PDFs, or Maps loaded into it ahead of time and will need to be added by either the Role Players or the Role Game Host.
The standard Room will require some set up and we recommend learning more about hosting games by reading the following Guides:
To create a Game Room, navigate to the Games Tab in the Role Header. Then select one of the available Game Rooms.
To create a New Room with the intention of uploading your own Game Assets, navigate to the upper right-hand corner of the Games tab and click the large Pink & Purple gradient button that is labeled: New Room.
Once you’ve decided which kind of room to, you’ll be prompted to name the room. You can name it anything you like! If you’d like to password lock your Room, you can do so to prevent unwanted visitors.
